Celebrate Recovery volunteer training equips every member of the team—greeters, worship leaders, tech support, small‑group leaders, meal teams, and more—to serve with consistency, compassion, and alignment to CR’s Christ‑centered DNA. The training helps volunteers understand the purpose of each role and how their service contributes to creating a safe, predictable, and grace‑filled environment where participants can begin healing from their hurts, habits, and hang‑ups. It covers essential principles such as confidentiality, healthy boundaries, emotional safety, and the structure of a CR night, while also teaching practical skills like welcoming newcomers, supporting worship, and maintaining group guidelines. At its heart, CR volunteer training ensures that every person serving—no matter their role—helps reflect the love of Jesus and supports the ministry’s mission of hope and recovery.
