Marcus H. Thomas is married to Tammie Thomas and has been a dedicated member of E91st for 17 years. They reside in Carmel, Indiana, and have four adult children: Curtis (Missouri), Christian (Zionsville, Indiana), Grace (Carmel, Indiana), and Marc (Terre Haute, Indiana).
Marcus previously served as an Elder at E91 from 2016 to 2020 and as the Cross Roads Great Banquet Community Lay Director from February 2020 to February 2025. He and Tammie have led Life Groups and Bible studies from their home for over 20 years, and Marcus is actively involved in E91's Men's Discipleship ministry. Additionally, Marcus enjoys supporting the Worship and Host block team and sharing Communion meditations when called to do so. He also enjoys anything automotive, vacationing and studying God's word with his Life Group and other fellow believers.
Marcus is a retired Army Officer with 34 years of service and currently works as the Director of Logistics for the United States Army Financial Management Command in Lawrence, Indiana.
