This group is a 6-week workshop designed to educate on how boundaries may look in differing situations as well as how to establish them as a form of self-care.
Through this group, members will be equipped with the knowledge and language to firmly create and maintain boundaries while utilizing healthy communication. Some topics that will be discussed are: assertive communication training, boundary styles, and boundaries in a personal versus professional setting.
The book Boundaries by Henry Cloud & John Townsend will be a supplemental guide, and members will be emailed a pdf file of the book.
If you are struggling to say “no” to unhealthy relationships, patterns, or situations in your life, then this group is for you!
