Hope Store 2026

Help local parents give their kids the gifts they asked for this Christmas.

Registry opens Sun, Nov 8 · Gifts due Sun, Dec 6 · Hope Store Dec 16–17

What is the Hope Store?

Every Christmas, E91's Good Neighbor Program and Mary Castle Elementary team up to support families walking through a hard season. Parents build a wish list for their kids, from warm coats, hats, and gloves to the Christmas gifts their kids have been hoping for. The E91 family helps fill those lists.

Then in December, parents and caregivers come to the Hope Store and choose gifts for their own children. They get the joy of picking out something special themselves, and they leave knowing a whole church is cheering them on.

This year, we're growing. We'll walk alongside a few families from our Northside Campus community and expand our partnership to Lawrence North High School.

Ways to be part of it

Whether you shop, give, serve, mentor, or pray, there's a place for you in this.

Shop the registry

Every item on the registry was chosen by a parent for their own child. There are two ways to shop:

Buy online.

Choose one or more items on the registry and have them shipped straight to E91.

Shop in person.

Pick items on the registry, mark them as purchased, then bring them to E91.

Wed–Thu, Dec 16–17

Welcome families, help them shop, and wrap gifts so every family has a joyful, dignified experience.

Walk alongside a family

Maybe God is inviting you into something longer than one Christmas. Good Neighbor mentors and budget coaches walk with families all year as they set goals, work through challenges, and take steps toward stability.

Pray

Pray for the families shopping at the Hope Store, for the staff at Mary Castle Elementary and Lawrence North High School, and for everyone serving this December.

More than a Christmas event

For many families, the Hope Store is their first introduction to E91's Good Neighbor Program. Good Neighbor walks alongside families all year, and it often starts with a gift and a conversation. From there, it grows into a relationship built on trust, prayer, and practical help.

Your faithful giving to E91 makes that possible. This past year, seven families moved into long-term, stable housing, and two more became homeowners. Parents found steadier work, families got reliable transportation, and some made it through hard legal situations that helped keep their families together.

Christmas brings us together. Our hope is that these relationships keep going long after the decorations come down.
